I have the honor of leading a talented CESE CAM team. I have spent the past 20 years focused on Carrier HVAC equipment of all types. I enjoy sharing the knowledge that I have gained through training and real-world situations. Guiding all generations of technicians to be the best they can be is what motivates me to push for innovative ways of training. The constant evolution of the HVAC industry keeps me focused on developing new ideas for the CE team, Dealers, Local community colleges and Customers.

I started in the business in 1965. I have a background in electronics, HVAC controls and commercial and residential equipment. For the past 44 plus years my focus has been on training and Carrier Bryant Tech Support on commercial and residential equipment. I enjoy being able to help techs solve any issues they may have, and I look at every Tech Support call as a training opportunity.

I started my HVAC journey in 2009. Prior to joining Carrier Enterprise, I had several different roles in the HVAC industry. From installation helper, installation mechanic, service technician, service manager to operations manager and anything in-between. I hold a residential and commercial heating and air conditioning license in North Carolina. My experience consists of installation and service of Residential, Ductless, and Light Commercial equipment. My favorite thing about this role is that I get to help others while learning something new every day.

I’ve been in the HVAC industry for over 8yrs, performing service, installation, and now in technical support. Before I came from the automotive industry as a technician. On my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors with my two small children.

I started my journey in the HVAC industry in 1984 and have worked in many different roles throughout my career. From being a sheet metal fabricator, installer, service technician, salesman and finally technical support for 3 different distributors. I have been involved in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC over the years. My time with CE started in the fall of 2017 as the eastern NC CAM and then took my current role in Jan of 2019. I perform all training for the VRF and ductless lines, provide technical support for VRF, which includes site visits, assisted start-ups and phone support.

I have a background in both service and installation of commercial/industrial hvac equipment. My career has been highly focused on Carrier’s commercial control product line for the past 10 years. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to improve facilities comfort and quality. I currently instruct all our Carrier Control Expert classes which are Comfort Systems (CS), i-Vu Systems (IS), and Encompass Systems Essentials & Advanced (ES). In addition to training my focus is largely on offering commercial control technical support, control system design, programming, graphics, and product sales.
