Commercial RTU Open In-person Classroom Raleigh

The RTU Open class is geared towards mechanical contractors that service or install Carrier Commercial equipment with factory or field installed RTU Open controllers. This class will provide the software and cable necessary to connect to the RTU Open controller. Live controllers will be available to connect to during this class. The class will begin with installing the software on your PC together as a class and then connect to an RTU Open controller. Once connected a presentation to walk through all the features, wiring, and benefits of the device and its peripheral sensors will be provided. Next up will be configuring the device for an application followed by troubleshooting common issues.  Content will lightly touch on setting this board up for BAS communications. During the last portion of the class attendees will utilize software to wipe the controller back to factory settings. The student should leave this class with the knowledge and capability to field install, connect to, configure, service, and maintain equipment that has RTU open controllers in it.

This Training Class should be attended by all senior level Service and Startup Technicians. Classes are limited to 10 persons per class.

Students must bring their own Windows 10 laptop for the software to be loaded onto.
